Unhappy no to evercleanse

I'd like to let everyone know that I wanted to experiment with EverCleanse to see how well it does and if it's really a good colon cleanser.

Well I was very disappointed with the results to say the least. Not only did this product cause me to lose weight, "I'm not overweight" so I have no use for that so-called benefit, but I found myself using the bathroom like 3-4 times per day. It wasn't watery or anything. But I felt almost as if I was expelling more than I was eating. The body needs food! How can it be healthy to eliminate all the food you eat?

I know that loosing weight through colon cleansing is not new. A few of my friends use Evercleanse and they like it because of the weight loss factor. But what about for people that don't want to lose weight? I'm going to try just eating less red meat and more veggies. Hopefully that works.

I agree. The only sure fire way to clean out the colon is to eat right, reduce red meat in your diet and eats lots of fruits and vegetables, especially broccoli.

I believe you are right. I recently began taking weight loss seriously and cut down on redmeat and vastly increased fruits and vegetables. The quantity during my bowel movements was out of proportion to my intake. Natural foods and exercise are the way to go! Literally.

You should choose a gentle way of colon cleansing. Colon cleansing should not disturb your normal schedule. It should not disturb the electrolyte balance or the good bacteria in your system. Aloe Ease Colon and Body contains aloe which is a natural and gentle laxative. I like it because it doesn't leave you feeling tired and uncomfortable like many other colon cleansers do. Aloe is also a natural antiseptic so it disinfects your digestive system. It also clears the blood from impurities. Next time you feel you need to use a colon cleanser, try natural aloe.
